Wewnątrz organizacji

Poglądy i postawy pracowników, wolontariuszy lub innej grupy, której działania zmierzają do wspólnego celu, stanowią cenny zasób organizacji.

Każdy członek firmy, instytucji, a nawet partii jest ambasadorem takiego podmiotu, integruje się z nim oraz propaguje jego wartości. W szerszym ujęciu do tak zdefiniowanej grupy należy dołączyć rodziny, dostawców
i odbiorców.

Intranet, tablice ogłoszeń, okazjonalne listy są tylko narzędziami do dystrybucji wiadomości. Najpierw trzeba jednak rozpoznać potrzeby w zakresie komunikowania. Następnie należy sformułować przekaz i systematycznie dbać o jego jakość. Oceniając odbiór komunikatów, a przede wszystkim pozwalając na interakcję, można spodziewać się coraz bardziej skutecznego porozumiewania się wewnątrz organizacji. Zyski uwidaczniają się w kulturze pracy oraz jej wydajności, a także w tworzeniu i uwidacznianiu pozytywnego wizerunku.
